I was a member of a 7 person team that created a networked 3D FPS arena shooter game in a custom engine as an academic project. I developed all the lighting for the game, made all the game state transitions, created the player's heads up display, and implemented any other menus for the game. For the UI of the game I created a widgets system in C++ for all the menus and UI for the game. With this system, I worked closely with the team's designers to create a connection between the game and the player through user experience. As the producer of the team, I managed the team to make sure everyone was on task and helped the team pass milestone check ins.
